The B.C. Society for Trauma Survivors was founded to provide the severely abused with a biblically based community designed to nurture and heal. We welcome all regardless of belief, race or culture … conversations of diversity belong in this setting.

In the midst of inherent birthing pains of a new society, we strive to fulfill our objectives.  Namely, to provide:

  • A safe environment with community support in accordance with biblical principles offering equine-assisted therapy and traditional psychotherapy.
  • A network of psychiatrists, doctors, psychologists, veterinarians, therapists, social workers, mental health care-workers, etc.
  • Education for the community as to the necessity for proper medical and social support for trauma survivors.

Future plans include the development of a facility to provide short-term emergency care.
